Ed's father, Peter, founded the business in 1986 and Ed took over in 2005 following a career as a chartered accountant and investment banker. Ed has grown the business substantially since taking over the reins but is absolutely adamant the business must retain the qualities his father instilled of excellent service and the building of long-term relationships. Although the business is continuing to grow he can be found regularly meeting with staff to ensure issues are dealt with quickly and landlords and tenants are kept up to date on their properties. Ed is a member of ARLA and the NAEA.
Dimple is an extremely experienced and competent property manager, having worked in this role for a number of companies for more than ten years. She has been personally responsible for portfolios of many hundreds of properties and therefore ensures our landlords know the management of their properties is in good hands. Dimple is a member of ARLA.
Nina is a very experienced property professional and during her extensive career has run her own agency on the City fringes and more recently been one of the top performing managers at Portico. She oversees the Sales & Lettings functions across both offices. She is a member of the NAEA.
Benn is a new member of the team. He is however, a very experienced accounts manager having held various accounting roles during his career. Most recently he was head of client accounting for Currell Residential where he managed an extensive portfolio and implemented various systems to greatly enhance the efficiency of the business. Benn will be using this expertise to drive forward and improve the service that PG Estates provides its clients.
Ronan is an experienced lettings negotiator and has worked both for the bigger named agents and the smaller, more service focused independents. He is an Islington resident so is perfectly placed to give insightful advice to his clients.
Arnaldo is the senior negotiator in the Spitalfields office. He has developed an in-depth knowledge of the east London market during his career at PG Estates and manages the relationships with our largest corporate clients. Arnaldo has extensive sales experience having previously worked for various blue chip companies since university. Arnaldo is currently studying for his ARLA exams.
Akash is a senior member of the property management team. He oversees the regular inspection of the properties we manage and is also responsible for the various refurbishment projects we undertake for our clients. This is a growing part of the PG business and allows our clients to undertake extensive without having to handle every aspect of the project personally.
Jasmin manages the renewal process for our clients, ensuring that this process happens in a timely fashion so both our landlords and tenants have time to agree whether they want to renew their contracts and at a suitable rental price. If the tenant decides to leave the property Jasmin makes sure the re-marketing process begins immediately so voids are minimised and the transition to a new tenant is seamless.
Chontay is an experienced property manager and has been working in the field for a number of years. She is therefore very adept at effective communication and experienced at balancing the demands of different parties. Chontay's role is to deal with issues raised by tenants as and when they are reported. She ensures the problem is dealt with efficiently and effectively for the tenant and in a cost effective way for the landlord. Chontay is based locally so knows the area and properties within it like the back of her hand. Chontay is currently studying for her ARLA qualification.
Nancy is the newest member of the team. She assists Benn in the running the Accounts department. A university graduate, Nancy has already worked for a major East London estate agency as an integral part of their Accounts department where they managed over 1,200 properties. Since joining PG Estates, she has quickly made herself a key member of our team.
David is the longest serving member of the team having worked for Peter Gormley long before Ed arrived. He knows many of our properties better than anyone else and can be relied on to deal with any emergency at the drop of a hat.
Milton has extensive experience in property maintenance and has worked for a number of property management businesses around central London. He displays a wealth of knowledge and can turn his hand adeptly, to any number of different issues that arise in our properties. This skill means that problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently so minimising the disruption to our tenants and maintaining low costs for our clients.
